I want to be registered as a beneficiary of the Fundacion Indal, along with the members of my family as mentioned above (if applicable), until otherwise notified. Furthermore, I authorise whoever it may concern, to keep me informed of the various programs put in place by this Foundation. This application is requested on a full voluntary basis and therefore neither me nor my family undertake any obligation or commitment whatsoever nor will this act entail costs of any kind, without prejudice to the conditions or requirements that the Foundation might set or require to myself or my family in order to become entitled to the funds or aids comprised in any of the Foundation programs I may choose to apply for.

Términos y condiciones

This is to inform you that, according to Spanish Organic Law 15/99 of 13 December related to protection of personal data, the information provided by you in this form will be a part of a file property of the Fundación Indal for the purposes of managing your relationships with the said institution and keep you informed on its activities, projects and services that may be of interest for you. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by written communication to this institution sent to the registered office in Carretera de Arcas Reales s/n in Valladolid, 47008 Spain. The Fundacion Indal is under the Spanish Law 49/2002 of December 23, related to tax regulation of non-profit institutions and tax incentives for patronage.
